Stacey started her career here in 2000 as an assistant. Prior to joining us, she obtained her B.S. in Animal Science (Pre-Vet concentration) at UConn and had worked for a small animal veterinary clinic in Connecticut for 8 years before moving to Maine.
Stacey has a special interest in ICU care, surgery, education and clinic management. She takes great interest in her staff, patients and clients. Stacey enjoys the variety her position can offer each day. She can focus on patient care by scrubbing into a surgery, work with clients in the exam room, or help fellow technicians advance their skills.
When not at work Stacey enjoys reading, camping and spending time with family and friends. Stacey and her family share their home with a black lab named Shannon, who is a retired blood donor here, and two mischievous cats named Simon and Sophie. She also has a special fondness for chickens and looks forward to the day when she can have a flock of her own.
