Our machine has a CD burner so findings can be recorded and saved for comparisons or as references.
We also perform ultrasound guided biopsies. This anesthetic procedure has the advantage of being minimally invasive and thereby reducing the risks of complications. The patient is anesthetized or sedated and a needle is used to take a sample of the tissue or organ of concern. We then send the samples to a laboratory for histopathology.
