• Create a feeding program that decreases fat and increases fiber.
• Stop feeding table scraps and avoid fattening treats.
• If treats are part of your daily routine try carrots or treats designed for weight loss management such as Purina Lite Snackers.
• Instead of feeding one large meal, try several small meals throughout the day.
• Implement an exercise program that is enjoyable for both you and your pet. Dogs love long walks or light jogs. Use a fishing toy to get your cat moving.
