
Julie C. Keene, DVM
![]() Dr. Julie Keene joined the Veazie Veterinary Clinic in 2006. She earned her BA at Smith College in 1989. She earned her MS in 1996, DVM in 2001, and Ph.D. in 2002 all from Cornell University. Her veterinary interests include gastroenterology, neurology, hepatolgy, nephrology and reproduction. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), and the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV). At home Dr. Keene spends time with her husband and her son, Ian. She enjoys hiking, canoeing, birding, reading and needlepoint. She also lives with her Pembroke Welsh Corgis Kessa, Frasier and Phoebe, her peach-faced lovebird, Wasabi, and her fish. |
