Our Manager, Julie, keeps the practice humming along. She is in charge of the behind the scenes operations and human resources. This allows the doctors and other staff to concentrate on their areas. She supports the whole clinic and is invaluable to everyone here. Julie is a member of the Veterinary Practice Management Group. Our Client Care Team is trained not only to handle phones, faxing and photocopying but client education on common pet questions such as vaccinations, parasites and behavior. They are also trained in phone triage. Much of their time is devoted to client service, making sure the appointments are scheduled to keep the flow of the day going and file maintenance.
